Yeah because if he can have his arm broken twice by college players, he's really going to handle getting blown up by NFL players.
he reagrivated a sprain, that just means he came back too early

    I mean

We're not exactly losing games without him

Colts should just shelve him until January

I'm starting to think this is a yearly plan by the Colts to keep him "fresh" for the 2nd half of the season.

    It's not a bad strategy

Plus Melvin Bullitt is playing out of his mind right now

My only concern is team chemistry...not that Sanders is a "cancer," but just that it'll "upset" the chemistry they've had all season bringing him in and out like that.

Yeah I see what you mean. In past years this team sucked against the run when Bob was out and then got better when he came back but this year they gave up a lot of yards to Miami cuz they were caught off guard by the wildcat and everyone was saying Colts run D was second to last in the league and was going to be a big problem all year.

Three games later Colts run D is middle of the pack and getting better each week. I think Sanders can only make it better. I'd keep playing Jacob Lacey and Jerraud Powers a bunch though, those kids can play. Marlin Jackson only really needs to play against the Patriots since he's our Brady kryptonite.

He came back in and caught like an 8 yard pass. Probably just pulled him because we were choad bloadin' em anyway. Should be fine.

If you take away the two garbage time touchdowns allowed against the Seahawks after the Colts were already up 34-3 and started pulling starters, the Colts haven't allowed a meaningful touchdown since they gave one up to Boldin in Week 3.

    Got damn.

Colts need to sign somebody with the first name Houston since we already got a Dallas and an Austin.

Then move the team to San Antonio.

Actually never mind there would't be enough room left in the fanbase once you add the automatic two million overweight fan influx

They will be giving up a few meaningful touchdowns when the Patriots visit Indy in a few weeks.

The overweight s will never turn their back on the Cowboys. I don't care how many people with Texans names are on the squad. Unless they are all from UT, then that's a whole different story.

Frank Gore got really lucky on that long TD run. Powers and Bethea are usually good for a stop but tried to hitstick Gore instead of just tackling his ass.

He gained like 25 yards the rest of the day. Owned.

And possibly a game saving sack by Freeney there at the end.

#1 scoring defense in the league

It's really great to see the Colts defense really dominate like they did in the second half today. I love Marlin Jackson as much as any Colts fan with his Brady-slaying skills and whatnot but Powers and Lacey are kicking ass on this team, a lot more than Marlin and Kelvin did as rookies. They're going to have to step up real big these next two weeks because I think with Kelvin hurt again, the Texans and Cheatriots ( mono's a ) will probably try to pick on them the whole game.

Still, this is probably the best D the Colts have ever had. It's kind of weird to say this but Dungy retiring might have made this team better.
