True that. Also to put it in the middle
No need to Sean Payton it, get as close as possible.
True that. Also to put it in the middle
Yep
I'm glad he's done more than what we expected
LMAO Minesotta press (they blasted Branch after the trade)
I think for the most part teams are better off with out a "deep threat". Running those routes are real easy to defend. Now the routes Branch, Welker run are much harder to defend.
And also it helps to run the clock down so in the event he misses the FG (god forbid) Baltimore has to hurry to avoid a tie.
EDIT: GAME!
maybe next game we won't throw it to Aaron Hernandez in the clutch anymore.
just stick with THAT Deion Branch.
NE of old is back
They don't play pretty, they are clutch and win
Oh man, he killed me
One thing I hate about Hernandez is how lackadaisical he is. I can't stand watching him smile after he drops a pass.
I still don't get how EVERY TIME Brady even so much as looks in Gronk's direction, good things happen....but somehow he only gets one or two passes thrown to him a game.
In three Patriots games Randy Moss had 9 catches for 139, 3 TDs. In one game Deion Branch had 9 for 98, 1 TD
It looked that way for 1 quarter plus overtime minus Aaron Hernandez. But let's see them do it for four quarters before we start sucking each other's s.
tbh Brandon es/Jermaine Cunningham becoming THOSE s had alot to do with the defense coming up big. Mayo finally has some help.
Yeah Cunningham in particular. lol me questioning them picking McCourty and Cunningham when they both have been two of the reliable defenders this year. Ninkovich started the season off terrible but they've found good ways to use him and make him useful. Demoting TBC from the starting role he never deserved has done wonders for them.
Add also the fact that Flacco SUCKS against the 3 man rush.
I've never seen a QB suck that much against a 3 man rush.
He was killing NE in the first half on 3rd and long because they were blitzing and trying to get pressure, once they stopped blitzing and went prevent, he stopped making plays.
imo there's a bit of Urlacher-ness to Mayo's game so far, meaning he gets a load of tackles but honestly I don't think he really controls the game like a great MLB can. He's getting there though. If es can be his wingman in the middle, that would be huge.
Yes. But honestly, I've been mentally checking out of sports viewing for a while now.
I'm sure the Colts game will be on, but only because my co-workers will have it on. I'll be half watching.
And for the first time, I'm not even looking forward to the upcoming NBA season. Just sad.
If not for the Spurs, I would've stopped watching the NBA 15 years ago.
and according to stretch Patriots fans are homers for hyping up Mayo and Chung
