Culburn's problem is not necessarily his content, it's the frequency.

I'm not a fan of either of those things. But Cully, luva and kool bring most of that on themselves with their ridiculous attention seeking antics. I would feel differently if they were attempting to have a serious discussion and people spammed naruto pics but that has never been the case. They are the reason I don't even attempt to discuss the Lakers here anymore. I don't even click on any laker related thread because I know it will just be stupid trolling and counter trolling from both sides with no real substance. They just derail threads and bring down the quality of discussion without even bringing any comedy to the table imo.

He asks for a public accounting of why Cully welched. What the does that have to do with Cully's violations of the CRA? It's just a blatant attempt to get some sort of public genuflection by Cully in his direction. And that is bullying, plain and simple.

So, if he has violated the CRA, get a clean vote passed, get Kori to approve, and implement the punishment. Plain and simple.
