So have they fixed the control problems that made GTA IV suck so badly (e.g., driving like an Asian woman, hard to control walking and fist fighting, etc).

everything looks good so far... the only nitpick would be the controls underwater, but not really an issue. I'm only 4 or 5 hours in though.

The controls while shooting and moving your character, would you say are closer to Max Payne 3 or GTA IV?

Because Max Payne 3 has the best gunplay Rockstar has ever done imo, really precise but loose enough at the same time, while IV felt like driving a tank when i was shooting and moving my character, especially in tight spaces.

You can stick to cover using RB. I don't really remember Max Payne, but I think it might had that too. Haven't done much shooting while running, I mostly cover. It has auto-aim (to the chest), but you get rewarded for head shots. You can probably turn that off, but I haven't really been much in the options menu. The West Coast Classics radio station kicks ass, tbh...

I can't trust IGN after they gave that piece of GTA IV a 10/10. Really hope this ends up a great one like GTA III, Vice City, and especially San Andreas.

The game does say you can use the companion app to teach new tricks to your dog too

i'm pissed causse it's not out for android so by the time we get it all the good personalized license plates will be taken

This game has nothing of IV, tbh... It's much more like San Andreas. You have the city, the desert, the ocean. You have the poor areas, the rich areas, gangs, rednecks, etc.

They really went back to the roots, and there's some RDR on it too... you get some "freaks" encounters (marked ? on the map), which opens up new storylines.

It should come out. If you look at the 3 characters you can control, Michael (older, richer) uses an iphone lookalike, Franklin (black dude) uses an Android lookalike and Trevor (crazy dude) uses a Windows phone lookalike

they weren't as obvious as they were in RDR but they did provide some extra stuff. I only did them to get the 100%

son that's good tbh. I disliked 4 very much; never even finished it and never will.
