Chalmers keeping Indy in it tbh.
Chalmers has been one of the worst players in the playoffs, tbh..
Norris Cole >> Chalmers..
You're probably right. I'm old school, in today's game all of the heat may be Hall of Famers. It's party time!!!
Is it too much to hope for a 2004 Pistons vs. Lakers type of NBA Finals? Where the underdog Pistons not just defeated, but crushed the favored Lakers?
Hoping to see the Spurs crush the Heat?
Imagine how good the Heat would be if they didn't have a re ed Phili coach who uses a re ed "run around and collapse on the ball without any concern for boxing out" defensive system.
Pacers would have a better shot if they played 4 v 5 without Stephenson tbh.
Haslem having his Game 3-Abacka game.
Haslem with the "I'm gonna charge it to tha gaaaaame" goods
all that and the Heat's lead has only been cut 2 points....without Lebron doing anything.
Haslem killing with these mid range shots. It's like when Ibaka went 11-11, sometimes you just gotta throw your hands up and say theres nothing you can do.
Still, I'll live with Haslem taking those all series. He'll stop hitting them soon.
Indiana has trouble getting Hibbert the ball because of their Monkeyball backcourt, tbh..they take a minute to set up the offense..
Hill/Stephenson is one of the least skilled backcourts in conference finals history, tbh..guards that can't dribble are only useful if they're automatic shooters(Danny Green), tbh..
Hill is better suited as a 6th man, and Stephenson should be an 8th man, tbh..
Miami is going to lose this series. It is taking an put of this world game from Haslem and Bosh going off, for them to even be up.
Haslem going spearchucker on Indy tbh
Incredible shooting night by Haslem. He's in full-on video game mode. Shades of Ibaka last year.
Stephenson has hurt them a lot. Missed a layup and then takes a horrible step back jumper against Battier. That's the swing right there from a 7 point game to 12.
They had success in G2 when they'd push the ball up immediately to George. Can't have George Beno Hill take 7 seconds to get it past halfcourt every time down and Stephenson to dribble around for the next 17 sec tbh.
Not likely....that year, Kobe was undergoing the infamous assault case and there was no way Stern would let a possible rapist win an NBA le. He knew the scrutiny he would go under. It was obvious to most fans the officiating was heavily favored against the already depleted Lakers roster, it was a perfect formula of watching Kobe and Shaq embarassed on the national stage.
The Pistons won, the NBA made its money off the Lakers as long as they're in the finals, and once everyone forgot bout Kobe's case they allowed him back on the big stage to win again.
Right now, the NBA is HEAVILY invested in Lebron winning. It would really hurt the NBA if Lebron lost this year, they are trying very hard to manufacture him as the guy who will 'surpass Jordan.'
Paul George needs to earn his hype and step up here.
Indiana need to get back to what scored them 54 in the first half. Pound it inside, use the size. Stop trying to force George.
