Great start, despite the 3 turnovers already.
Obviously Miami's defensive focus is Parker, Parker probably won't get much in the first half. Parker just needs to wear out Miami and get his teammates going. I wouldn't be totally surprised if Parker goes scoreless in the first half. I know the Spurs want to slow the pace down, but they're overdoing that and not being aggressive enough at times on offense.
