    Harbaugh has a terrible habit of hiring family friends and taking way too long to let them go when they're hurting the team. Castillo was with him in Philly, so he found a way to get him a job as "running-game coordinator" so that he wouldn't have to fire the current o-line coach who's also a friend of his. Turns out, both the o-line in general and the running-game in particular sucks, so he can't hide Castillo's terrible coaching.
