The cause of blacks high crime rate isn't relevant to this conversation. You can list all the factors you want but that isn't relevant. All context is baked into the high crime cake. The high crime rate is relevant to police stats. What led to the crime isn't relevant.

He's getting 60M+ from this settlement, and nobody in their right mind would consider him a starting qb money type of player. He's better than a number of backups in the NFL. Also, why would you turn down a marketing opportunity? A big chunk of the money made by NFL teams is marketing things other than their team. Jerry Jones is a master at it, having literally an official EVERYTHING of ATT Stadium.
The national anthem is actually good for the country. It's a moment to connect with your fellow citizens. Connection is good. It's why people care more about a disaster that hits Americans than another country. You'll even see companies like Walmart trying build connection with their staff via songs and whatnot. Surely your plans will lead to better results.
