Chiefs are so ing bored they are now waiting for teams to score on them to respond.

Well it's almost playoff time, that late season apathy / boredom almost cost them early last year's playoffs and did ultimately cost them in '18. Against real playoff AFC buzzsaw contenders the Chiefs will not easily be able to come back from 21-3 type early deficits like that. The ans, Colts, Bills etc are too good on both sides of the ball. The Chiefs need to get back to their early head-hunting game from the first 2/3 of the '18 season.
