Manu averaged 19/6/4/1 in the 2005 Finals and 18/6/3/1 in the 2007 Finals in a slower paced era. But please tell me more about how he was a role player

Obvious troll is obvious. Kick rocks kid.
Rodman won more Championships,,,,,more stat les(did Manu ever average most points, assists, steals, or rebounds in a season?),,,Rodman won 7 rebounding les. Rodman also had 7 1st team selections,,,,now this is the icing on the cake,,,,pay attention now, kid,,,,Manu had 2,,,,thats right 2,,,3rd NBA team selections,,,,LMAO,,,,bwahahahahah

I aslo thought it was bs in '00 when Tim had to be co-MVP instead of just being the MVP. He also got robbed in '01 when Kobe decided to freeze him out after finding out he had the most points at half time and was on pace to win the MVP.

In reality though in this game no one froze out Dejounte. The only guy who froze him out was Spoestra by not playing him much, but despite of that Dejounte put up great numbers.

how ? Embid played 31 and dj played 27 , that’s no freeze out

Wasn't able to catch the whole game, but the box score is impressive for Murray. 4th leading scorer for Team Durant behind Embiid, Booker, and Ball...and definitely missed some good chances.

Not too shabby for a Spurs All-Star....then again, guys like Aldridge, Manu, and Parker would come off the bench and put up like 3 shots, or otherwise blend into the background.

I just realized that after looking at the box scores. I was wrong and admit it. I felt DJ didn't play a lot until I saw the official box scores.

I felt after the '05 game that Duncan stop trying in these games and would get 4 or 6 points and then just sit down.

Actually I like Manu and think he should be a 1st ballot HOFer,,,,ive posted that just recently on another thread but dont underestimate Rodman,,,,dude was a beast and definitely deserves to be 75. I know offense is sexy but he was arguablly the best defensive player in the league during his career. Heck, he won more rebounding les and more defensive player of the year awards in the 90's than David Robinson and The Admiral was awesome on defense.

DJ is gonna be here for a while. Dude is made for this game. Now that Westbrick and chucker Lillard are useless players, DJ really has no other compe ion besides Ja and Steph for PG. He won’t ever be a starter but I wouldn’t be surprised if he became a 5x all star

If he can keep improving and stay consistent it wouldn't surprise me if he ends up a starter in the next 5-6 years. Curry will be 38 or 39 by then and might not be around. You never know with Ja Morant health wise since he's the type of player that always ends up eventually getting injured.

5x is a lot for someone who isn't AS starting material. I haven't watched Lollard this year. Is he legitimately injured or they just tanking?

MJ,,,Kobe,,,LeBron,,,,all stat padders. Should they not be up there? You wanna know another stat padder,,,,,Popovich. The only reason he hasnt retired is because he wants the All Time win record as a coach,,,stat padding,,,,its the basketball way.

I was disappointed Tim wasn't there. I do believe we will get to see him at Manu's HOF ceremony.

Has anyone reported on why some of the 75 legends were filmed in front of a blank wall. Could they not be there for this great occasion??? I was disappointed that Duncan wasn't there.

Those were all guys who probably decided ahead of time that they weren't coming and let the league know.

Kobe freezing TD out like that might have cost them the game. The West blew a 21-point lead and ended up losing by 1. As for 2000, no way in TD should have had to share that MVP with Shaq.

This is why people laugh at uneducated Spurs fans,,,,Bummer, I overestimated you,,,,you really do have a low IQ.
So let me get this straight, if you are starting a team from scratch and you need someone to lead your team, you are picking Rodman over Manu? Good luck with that, tbh.

So you would choose a guy who was never best at anything over a guy who was best at something?,,,,,LMAO,,,,smart,,,Rodman,,,best rebounder 7 years in his career and 2 time defensive player of the year,,,Manu?,,,what was he best at? I think he got 1 6th man of the year award so he was a great bench player,,,,bwahahahahah.

Yeah, I would pick the non-offensive liability as the leader of my team. If you build a good team around Manu, he can lead you to many wins, maybe even contend for championships. Imagine a team having Rodman as their go to guy.

Remember kids,,,,Jordan recruited Rodman to the Bulls and they got their 2nd 3peat. Rodman didnt lobby to go the Bulls,,,,and you want to know how stupid the Spurs were,,,,they traded Rodman for Will Perdue,,,,,LMAO!!!!! Rodman has a repeat and a three peat on his resume to go along with 7 rebounding les and 2 defensive player of the year awrds,,,,you really want to tell me Manu has that resume?,,,,,give me a break.

LMAO,,,,look at this Einstein,,,by your philosophy you wouldnt build a team around Lawrence Taylor since he cant throw touchdowns and he has an at ude,,,,,bwahahaha. Again tell me when Manu has the kind of accolades Rodman has,,,,this is such an easy argument for me to win,,,,
