I was telling folks that they were overrating the leverage the Spurs had. They might well end up trading 12 for even more space. But the Spurs aren't going to hold folks over the barrel with their cap space. They'll just have to do the best they can.
Cason Wallace is from Dallas. Prob got excited for a second thinking he was gonna be playing for his hometown team, only to be traded to OKC lol.

I think both Dallas and OKC managed to pull one over on Orlando. Both got their guys while Orlando seemingly made a panic selection.

I didn't mean to imply that the Spurs should or even wanted to draft Jett. I just meant that the Spurs had been rumored to possibly trade for #11, and if they did we wouldn't hear about the trade until a couple minutes later. I just posted as soon as I saw what the pick was.
Spurs not likely to get a trade into the first round. I guess we'll just have to be content with getting the most highly touted player in the draft.
