Probably will be a bit of a mistake. I don't think he'll be more than a bench rotation guy due to size, but he can play.

the defensive production still there
also 3/3 from 3, and he's handled point quite a bit. has 4 assists so far. saw at least one play where he just blew by bronny (lol) without a screen

There's a few of us Reed truthers on here. The only good thing is that we didn't have to witness the Spurs pass on him. Sucks that he is on Houston, but at least we didn't gift him to them like Sengun.

On another note why isn’t Amen Thompson playing for HOU or Jalen Hood Schifino for the Lakers? Neither proved enough to not be here playing.
Sheppard's looked good. He's doing exactly what he needs to do, leverage his shooting gravity to force guys to guard him more closely, then utilize that to make up for his relative lack of burst/first step. I'm not going to start slitting my wrists over him after just one summer league game, although you can bet that if he just played this way in a spurs uniform this entire board would be a huge semen cloud.
I am curious who the spurs would have taken if ultimately both he and Castle were available at 4 though; I suspect it still may have been Castle
After watching most of the summer league games today, man these teams all look so much more talented then our Spurs summer league team lol hope the new additions help out, Castle can’t do it himself
