He's clearly by far the best player on a subpar team.
They're not getting a medal and a few years down the road noone will remember if they got eliminated in the group or quarter-final.

Two things:
1) France sucks. Hopefully not enough to prevent Wemby from getting a medal.
2) Folks here need to pump the breaks a bit with the whole "we can't tank with Wemby. He's already a top 10 player in the World. He's worth 30 wins by himself" talk. He's still a kid. Today he was getting manhandled by a random white Japanese.
