Lakers are a bad match-up but there's no way these things should be happening at any night:
-Keldon over Mamu especially when the former is clearly off. I understand that MAYBE this is the rotation in the first half, but no adjustments?
-Collins over Bassey. Seriously, what does Collins provide that Bassey doesn't? Shooting? Passing? I am genuinely asking.
-Sticking with Tre when Wesley and Branham are available. I can't believe I'm saying this but here we are.
-Wemby's rebounding is atrocious tbh. We give up way too many offensive boards whether it's him or Collins that's on the floor. I know he's the franchise guy and potential GOAT, but this is simply not acceptable.

CP3 is about 40 and gonna need some games off. If Spurs get rid of Tre Jones then they just gonna have to get another Tre. Plus, Castle could hit the wall about mid season, 40 games in.
His mechanics are way off. He's face up boxing out but there's no one else securing the rebound. He needs to turn around and actually use his length, it's not rocket science.
I agree though, he's too soft and gets easily pushed around.
Main culprit of most of our losses is inability to reliably penetrate the paint.
Castle is the only one who does it regularly, CP3 has no legs left and Keldon is just too random to be useful.
Others can't get to the rim and it's really hurting us.
and if we can get Vassell's trade stock any higher, he needs to go. He's not for this team, horrible pairing with VW
Kind of a yawn game tbh. VW really, really struggles against AD. Vassell is too rusty per the usual to make his presence known.
We miss Sochan. Need more rebounds and perimeter defense.

This is a game I kind of expected us to lose anyway, so not the end of the world. Regroup and hopefully learn from this one.
Definitely Mitch's worst performance so far not going with Mamu or "Charlie" when their inclusion possibly could have made an impact

Reality check game
Had the misfortune of playing in LA after they get clobbered at PHX. So of course they were extra motivated tonight.
Maybe it's the b2b, but just zero pop from the team right off the tip.
We died on every screen they set tonight, usually a sign of fatigue or lack of focus.
Hopefully they learn from it tbh
