Character wise, I would say it's vice-versa.

I am not an Aggie fan but I would say the Spurs are more like Texas A&M and the Mavs like UT. Mavs, like Texas, have all the resources to dominate. Spurs, as is with the Aggies, have a military personality. That is about discipline which both exude.

Track record would indicate that your analogy is probably more correct them mine. But the Aggies could turn the tables one day like Auburn did to Alabama.

role players can be just as important as the big guns. without role players, where is the team? Duncan hasnt even missed any time due to injury, so i dont consider that a serious injury. when you are unable to play, that is a serious injury. Daniels, Van Horn, Stackhouse, Howard, have all had fairly long stretches of missed games.

also, show me where i said anything about Daniels, Van Horn, or Harris being as important as Duncan, or Manu. if you read back, i never said ANYTHING about them being as important as those guys. However, aside from their injuries, how many SERIOUS injuries have the spurs had? Horry misses a couple games, but what else is new? no other big part of the spurs has missed much time, if any time at all. So in essence, Duncan and Manu's injuries are FAR less compared to our guys injuries.

yea, Howard is a of a player. he just keeps getting better and better. he could soon be a 20/10 player. he is very talented. Cuban better resign him to a nice contract this offseason.
