Congrats to all and it was fun. Hopefully we can do it again soon.

First of all, I want to thank Kori and Timvp for putting on this tourny.

    Congrats to Spurm.

As an asisde though to Manny:

Go ahead and kick dirt on me, but in my defense, I had bad luck. With only 1000 in chips, it is easy to go broke with 2 good hands that lose to better hands. I lost with AQ to AK when an ace flopped, and there was no raise before me. I lost most of my chips in that hand, and was forced to go all in with a good hand and lost in a race for the remainder of my chips.

I would like to do this again, but maybe play at Full Tilt Poker where we get 1500 in chips, so you have more of a chance to let the cards come to you.

I have confidence that with more chips, I will win this thing next time, because I am the best poker player in this place...there is no doubt.

I was impressed with the level of play. Format dictated that you had to push hard with big hands or get blinded out. That's how it goes sometimes. With me I flopped Trips but someone else flopped a boat. Cripled me, but worked my way back up and went all-in with AQ was called by pair of 3s. End of my night.

All in all it was fun.

    Thanks Kori and LJ.

A good poker player would let the hungry rookies play first, so that they will virtually eliminate themselves, leaving the real poker to the veterans.

With only 1000 in chips, your point is moot.

No, a good poker player would build a big stack then use it to take advandtadge of the other players. You can't do that by waiting.
