alright, here's the inside scoop for whomever it concerns, elipimpo contacted me and asked me to pass on his meesage through ST for help with his current legal situation.
pimpo was pulled over in 2005 for a broken tailight
he had just finsihed smoking a joint and the ocifer smelled it as she approached pimpos vehicle.
a search ensued and the female officer seized two unlicensed, loaded gloc 33's, 15 rounds each, as well as marijuana paraphanalia.
again, pimpo is currently serving a 12-18 month stretch

They shouldn't run it but they should at least keep tabs on it. They are jacking up oil prices and making record profits while most americans are struggling to fill their gas tank.

Assuming we are talking about Texas, posession of the guns wasn't illegal unless he was a previously convicted felon, but having them loaded in the car was definitely a problem.

hes just saying when you call them "illegal guns", it makes it sound like the guns were fully automatic, sawed offs, and or banned assualt rifles, things of that nature
Are you not from Texas? Guns are not registered and conventional firearms are not illegal to own. Now carrying one loaded and concealed in your car is illegal, but the actual possession of the gun is not.
