I swear to God, the last thing I need tonight is T Park coming in and gloating about the Cardinals.
Go Padres.
I understand that, but I think Hook Dem coming in and trying to glance the blow off the Cowboys by talking about the Redskins (however truly warranted) is weak.

Just go read the Slomo blast. It'll make you happy again.
Either the FOX cameras are bad or my TV needs adjustment.
I glanced back, saw Carpenter and said to myself, "They're wearing the throwback baby blue tonight?"
I have it on NBC. I can't watch baseball.
This (and March/April) is my favorite times of the year for sports.
Pennant races/playoffs, football and basketball around the corner.
I'll switch between this and the Sunday Night game, though...I need to run to the store for some dog food.
It is the FOX camera...somebody adjusted the iris on a Carpenter close-up.
Does that include the "weak" win over your Redskins? The Cowboys will likely respond the way every team who plays the Texans responds, by kicking their ass. Then the Cowboys will likely be at 3-2 with 3 weak wins.
Seriously though..in as much as most of the Philly fans here like to label ALL Cowboy fans as arrogant assholes, and while I know this post won't change that narrow view, I give full props and credit to Philly for a great game. It was a great game period until the Cowboys collapsed under Eagle pressure. I was one of the view non-Green and White fans who was not counting out the Iggles (hey if Nick can go middle school with the whole "pies" thing...I can say Iggles) IMO they are the best in the NFC. I don't think the race for the East is over but Philly has definetly established themselves as the team to beat.
Congrats.![]()
Go Texans beat the out of the cowgirls next week
skins should get better offensively, but i don't think they are going to magically regain their defensive prowess from last year. they really can't afford to bring taylor up as much. the boys are better than washington on both sides of the ball.
i think the bears are currently the class of the NFC, but things are subject to change.
I don't remember saying that and I am a Cowboys fan. Please show me where I did.Laugh it up, but 2-2 is marginaly better than 2-3. Cowboys fans have this great feeling that their team is head and shoulders above what they actually are. So far they've beat a very injured Redskins team and the ans. Thats not exactly an impressive run down of teams.![]()

A couple of things. They need Springs back BADLY teams are killing them on long 3rd down plays because of their weak secondary. That is going to help a lot.
Also, their offense playing better helps out the defense immensley also. I don't believe they'll play as well as last year on that side of the ball either, but I think there is still plenty of time to get it together in order to make the playoffs.
If you can't recognize the difference between the Cowboys, who lost two games because they have the worst QB in the league (and still should have gone to OT at the Eagles place), and the Redskins... then you aren't paying close enough attention. The Skins are pathetic on both sides of the ball. You had a fluke season (much like the Quincy Carter playoff season in Dallas) and know you have unrealistic expectations. Skins and their fans have truely eaten the cheese.
I fully recognize the Cowboys are much better than the Redskins at this point in time, but I fail to see anything that would make me believe the Cowboys are anything but a wild card team at this point in time.
can't he just quit ?
i mean he does know he sucks right?
parcell is a moron and bledsoe is IIIIIIGnant! or is it the other way around?????
at cowboys fans calling for Romo, a guy who has never thrown a single pass in a real football game and he's been in the league 4 years! He is the answer, you're right. Face it you're stuck with Drew whether you like it or not. Start Romo and you're basicly giving up on this season since it will take time for him to adjust to starting, pretty much every QB goes through growing pains so he will probably be as bad as Bledsoe was tonight, that is IF Romo has what it takes to be a starter.
Funny how no blame goes to Dallas' weak secondary which gave up 350 yards to a team without it's #1 receiver and was lead by a rookie (Baskett who only had 4 catches before today) and a 2nd year player in Brown.
Well, Bledsoe isn't going to get the Cowboys to the superbowl, if Romo is the future, why not turn the team over to him now. Bledsoe looked like Vinny Interceptiverde out there today
Oh dear lord that game made my weekend. Honestly, the Broncos could lose tonight and I still would be happy just because the Cowboys proved that they do indeed, blow.
Oh, and Roy Williams CANNOT cover any reciever.
i wouldnt say their secondary is that weak. sure, Williams isnt a great coverage safety by any means, but the CB combo of Newsome, Henry, and Glenn is among the best in the league. they have a very good, talented defense. i think more credit should go to McNabb and the Eagles in finding the holes in their defense. and the Cowboys offense also didnt manage well, especially in the second half, causing the defense to tire out as well.
watkins had several horrible pickup miscues, most notably his bad pickup when we ran that cb blitz. he got beat bad.
8 LOSSES, 2 PUSHES, 3 WINS, 1 MORE LOSS TONIGHT.....![]()
Just don't bet against the spread notradamus...![]()
