No. I had opened a savings acct a while back, the one when you use your debit card the change from the dollar amt goes into your savings, the opened up a different kind of savings so all this time I've been using my card and thinking my savings was growing, it wasn't

I've been with them since I was 16, waaaaaay back in 95, when they were Nations Bank. Never had a problem. That sucks though. How long have you had the savings? Do you even use their online system?

I opened the savings in September and I do, now, use the online system. They ed up once before when I was opening my checking acct. 2 strikes on BoA.

Were you trying to use the "keep the change" promotion? Because you should've seen the deduction marked "keep the change transfer" every transaction.
