S0ns fans are still butthurt from the Conference Semis. All this is a result of high expectations from a fanbase that's desperate for a championship. Unfortunately, the S0ns fans(along with the clueless media) have far overrated their team into the first tier status of the Western Conference. If you look at it from an unbiased point of view the S0ns are closer to being a second tier playoff team along the lines of the Jazz, Rockets, and Nuggets. None of these teams play consistent offense AND defense...just like the S0ns. As a result they've all failed to win a recent conference le. The contender label is thrown around far too often. The S0ns have been labeled contenders for the past 3 years...yet they haven't come close to sniffing a Finals appearance.

Were the Spurs a better team than the Suns this year? Obviously. Are they worthy of being considered a "second tier" playoff team? No freaking way. Were they that far from going to the Finals in the past two years? Dallas took us out in 6 games in conf. finals and the Spurs beat us in a controversial series. Its hard to say what would have happened should we have beaten the Spurs and met the Jazz in western conf. finals. The Spurs are good but they are not in another league as compared with Phoenix and Dallas as some of you Spurs fans are having delusions of grandeur.
