But, yeah, Spurs seemed to have had these games last year against crap teams (when we were healthy). But this year is a little different because it's more
frequent.

The Knicks present match-up problems for the Spurs. They're so bad that Bowen doesn't know who to guard.
That's what people told me last season when I said during half time of game I said "this is the worst Spurs defense I've seen in 7-8 years" everyone laughed at me then and said i'm crazy. Pop almost quoted me word for word after that game. I actually said that before Pop did. no one was laughing then.
Let's see what Pop says after tonights game. Let's see if he takes this lightly.

They were wayyy worse than they were now.
That was a disgusting half of basketball. Ginobili was horrible. Duncan wasn't much better. Gotta take care of these types of games when you are trying to survive an injury.

But around this time in 2007, we had a pretty good record against most of the teams except we'd have these weird games where we lost a lot of our Duncan-win streaks against loser teams like the Pacers (and Boston), weren't the Spurs still able to lead in widest margin of victories last year?
This year reminds me of the kind of 2006 season (even though we had the 63 wins) where we had to just stave off the compe ion and somehow won.
Now in 2008 we've been managing to keep the games close, and manage to LOSE(i.e. the Sonics game)
I don't give a what anyone thinks of me or if anyone reads any of my posts or if anyone thinks i'm a head or whatever. All I'm interested in is the way the Spurs are playing. If you don't like it put me on ignore.
