You didn't say it was irritating and pathetic for people to ramble on about their children? Your children are your children whether they are 4 or 40 ... so if was an entirely different train of thought, a little clarification wouldn't have hurt.

Yep that's a real pisser! I got all 3 of mine their own cookbook so they each take a day. If anyone complains about a meal or doesn't give me their shopping list on grocery day----they do an extra dinner!!! hahahaha

There have been games on in the living room his whole life.
He had a life sized Larry Bird growth chart in his nursery.

He did the Sonics summer camp for years.
Did the ball boy thing a few times.
He shot free throws with Brent Barry.
Won $20. from Jerome James.

I was always on it, he started to lurk.
And he joined months ago.

He doesn't watch as many games as he used to, between school, work, and a long distance girlfriend I pretty much only see him if he's hungry.

But he's patient with my Duncan thing, as is the rest of my family.

That's a strange thing to say given that a lot of people here know each other in the "real" world, and given people like Slomo and alamo20 and myself who have made real friends with people through this board and met them after traveling across the globe. Surely, those are some real connections? , you and I were going to have lunch when I was in SA last year except that I got really sick in the second week...

What is so strange about people connecting through a message board, especially one as awesome as ST?
