and if you run down the line of losses/eek wins of those other teams, they still clearly all have claim to a superior resume. so it seems more reasonable that the issue is tech's resume is a little beneath those teams, which is represented by them still receiving 18 points in votes. not far back.
Officially on the team, but would expect him to portal barring a big change.
