I can't believe Butler sat on the bench the whole game

    wow

Barea did pretty good but bad move Carlisle...

    Butler roasted us game 1
    Butler<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<Howard

Carlisle finally realized it and went with a TRUE Spurs-killer. Game one was more of an opportunity for both teams to fill each other out as they really hadn't played each other since the Dallas trades took place. Butler took advantage of RJ's lack of confidence and torched him, but has been rendered ineffective since. Howard would be getting to the spots and getting off the shots HE wants in this series like always.

Not really thrilled about the fact that we're essentially playing a 7-man rotation. We're going to need more help from the other members of the team if we want to make a deep playoff run 'cause Timmy and Manu are going to be gassed if this keeps up.

I'm thinkin mavs come out strong but we go on a bit of a roll before halftime...Gone into the fourth with a big lead but it gets cut down as usual but we hang on for a tight win..I said we'd lose game 1 but win 2 so, so far ive been rite hopefully that trend continues

If Blair can shake his playoff nerves I know he can contribute and give Timmy so rest. But this is the deepest Spur team I can remember look at all the guys who can score one on one. I really hope RJ finds a way to fit in we need his game above the rim and on the break. Sky's the limit for Georgie another brilliant draft pick Go Spur Go!

If Blair could get the easy layups in we would have rolled tonight

He missed like 4 of them

but I still love him, he hustled his ass off

he's just too excited out there when trying to put the ball back

This is good for RJ. I want him to come out pissed off and pumped up for game 4. RJ can play a lot better, which is a good thing IMO.

    Awesome performance from TP!

Manu and Tim GREAT. Hill and Dice played their asses off too.

Good effort Dallas. You guys played HARD tonight.

I hate ESPN. The whole post-game show was about the Celtics win over the Heat. And then they switched over to talking about the NFL draft. Really sucky!

Dice became a bit overactive at times and missed on some rotations, but still made some great plays on the boards, timely jumpers, and a great play at the end of the game to effectively seal it.

George started out slow again but played very, VERY smart basketball down the stretch when most young guys in their first real playoff action would totally wilt.

    They were X-factors no doubt.

Dice is thriving in this series

even if he's not scoring double digits his presence is key

tapping out offensive rebounds, controlling on the defensive boards and giving Dirk a harder time than Matty B

Is Manu alright though? They said Manu wouldn't let them check to see if the nose is actually broken. They said as soon as they stopped the bleeding he went back out there straight away.
