Green IMO plays better on the road. So I expect a damn good game on thursday.
I hope so, too. I still think he's got the character to step up, once he adjusts to the new scenery. But he better do it quickly.
It's kind of funny, when you look at Green's line for the night. He had 10 PTS, 5 RB, 2 AST, 1 STL, and 1 BLK. That's a pretty decent line for a rookie.
He was 4-10 from the floor, and 2-7 from the 3P line. One of those 3's doesn't rattle out, or gets a friendly bounce, and he's 50% from the floor, 43% from 3P, and has 13 points. Funny how one shot more or less can make that much difference.
Like I said, my biggest gripe was that he let missed shots affect his play on the other end. There was a sequence in the 1st quarter when he missed a 3, and then let his man get behind him for a long pass and a layup. I thought Pop was going to pull him right then.
