Got it, majority of models are wrong.

Wow we had a tropical storm and a hurricane cool us down and we're still on pace for more than the average of 100 degree days per year taken only over the last 30 years, not even counting the way cooler years before the mid 90s.
In a bad way
It's only 92 today, 90 tomorrow, and 91 the next day, baseline bum. Count your blessings. Last year we were about 104 or 105 every day this time of year.
Count your goddamn blessings. It's mid-July and no 100s in sight in the short term outlook. And, little if any rain expected to convolute that data

That long term forecast is probably bull just like it was when they were predicting two weeks of 95 and below after Alberto and then it shot up to 99-102 a week later. NWS has us up to 98-99 by Tuesday when that ridge that's killing the west starts moving in and they're the only forecast to pay attention to.
posting this on page 40 of this thread
Get your ass over into the Political Page, you side show lookin' SOB, you.
NOW!!!
Manny used to get so mad when I said models were most likely wrong, either underestimating or overestimating the effects of increasing CO2. Still too early to tell what scenario is correct. Only thing certain is we're gonna find out.

Bummer,,,,I actually like your posting but this July is crushin' this narrative that Texas is always over 100 degrees in the summer now with the climate bull ,,,,next week it wont get into the 90's for most of the week,,,,again in the end of the July in Texas,,,,tell me, son,,,,when was the last time that happened in Texas?,,,,,
You are not a smart person.
Hit lucky 13 today and looks like nothing but 100s in the 14-day forecast

Guaranteed snakes alive and half a hemi head won’t understand the above.
What a dumb you are.
Climate change states that we will get more erratic temperature changes with the AVERAGE GLOBAL TEMPERATURE RISING at a rate that is accelerated. This is exactly what has happened. So when we get extraordinarily low temps in a Winter you will once again need to take a banana pie and smash it into your face. Because you don’t understand numbers or trends numbers show. You don’t know what rates of change mean. You don’t know the difference between the words climate and weather. And so much more…

Looks like we will bake through September. I am more concerned about the water. It rained every month this Summer including August. I am used to San Antonio being a whole of a lot dryer than this.
It's amazing that we had a tropical storm strike then a hurricane that cooled us down for ~3 weeks and we're still going to have an above average number of days of 100, even significantly above average for taking that average over only the last 30 years which is the hottest 30 year stretch.
An increase in tropical storms is the new normal. Most of it the past decade has gone up the Eastern Seaboard.

Looks like a real chance to catch 8th place or higher with this heat done projected to be stuck over us at least the rest of the month.
