I started getting caffeine headaches so bad that now I don't let myself drink coffee first thing in the morning more than three days per week. I have smoothies instead, which actually do an even better job of waking me up.
I'm on my 1st cup of coffee.
Sadly it will last me all day. My stomach can't handle this anymore.

Its weird the only time I have coffee is at night or the afternoon. The only time I have it in the morning is when at Kirby Lane.
I drink water and tea, but mostly herbal teas that are caffeine free. I do like my diet pepsi but in moderation.

Im a big tea drinker...not the herbal variety, just good ol' Lipton Cold Brew. I have though recently switched to decaf tea when I can get it.
