Usain Bolt: Fastest Man in the World.
Took us back to when he was just a tall skinny kid showing potential. Showed all those great WR races. Great movie for any speed freak.
last movie i watched and rated was monster's ball, i watched it in February 09 for the first time and watched it several times more afterwards. there're several good movies i've watched in the past 3 years something, but most of them (if not all) are nothing more than eyeopeners imho, none of them came with the same level of thoughts & connotation that monster's ball delivered imho
i do appreciate some characters and actors in some of those movies though, like Downey as the Ironman and my Goddess as Charlotte in Lost in translation. it's great entertainment to watch such kind of thing but when you get done watching it, you feel you haven't watched nothing. monster's ball, whereas, is a movie that you should watch with your soul rather than your eyes imho

Dragon 8/10
Another Donnie Yen masterpiece.
To Live and Die in L.A. - undecided/10. Just catching it for the first time but it's already half-over. Can't believe I've never heard of this movie. Young Petersen, Turturro, and Dafoe. Great 80's score too
King Kong the original
We've never seen a more realistic looking T-Rex and the movie was made in 1933.
But.....when the natives tie Ann to that sacrifice platform and summons Kong, how come he has to come crashing through the trees, shouldn't there have been a well worn path already there?
Still the greatest "huge" monster movie ever made.

Johnny Guitar - 9/10. Other than RWaC I never really gave time to Nick Ray films. This one was a gem.
Watching Flying Swords of Dragon Gate. Pretty much a sad imitation of Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon.
And man has Jet Li become a tosb.
I love that movie. Makes for a nice double feature with Manhunter
The Dictator 6/10
A couple of hilarious scenes, but mostly not that great.
+1. Manhunter is twice the movie Red Dragon is. One of my fav soundtracks. Brian Cox was an underrated Lecter too. "Would you like to leave me your home telephone number?"
The ending scene with Iron Butterfly playing was bad-ass
The Purge 7.5/10
Actually pretty decent but im not too fond of Ethan Hawk. I wasn't expecting it to be as good as the trailers made it to be of course, and it isn't, but it honestly wasn't that bad.
It was on POINT for the stereotype of white people tbh though
KRuSH GROOVE 7/10
it was somewhat aight...
The Fast and The Furious - 6.5/10 it was a good nostalgia trip back to my high school days
2 Fast 2 Furious - 6/10not that good but I gave it some points since I haven't heard most of those songs in 10 years
Tokyo Drift - 5/10 definitely the weakest of the 6, only got a 5 cuz it reminded me of my time in Japan
Fast 6 - 7,2/10
Hangover 3 - 6/10
A Woman in Berlin 9/10
A heartwarming account of war rape in Nazi Germany after мои негры from the Советского Союза liberated Berlin. It gets extra bonus points for the scene with the Red Army singing the Советского National Anthem, though I have to dock a point for not having a performance of The Internationale tbh.

Madea's Witness Protection - 5/10
Machine Gun Preacher - 9/10
Are you serious bro?
Equilibrium 8.5/10
Good rewatch.
I couldn't sleep last night, so I watched it on Netflix.![]()
I Saw the Devil 6/10
What a stupid premise.
Bad guy brutally murders wife to be, good guy hunts him down, beats him up then gives him money, sets him loose. Bad guy goes on a killing spree while good guy listens. Bad guy figures out he has a tracker, good guy becomes desperate. Bad guy becomes the hunter, beats the dad of the murdered daughter almost to death then kills the second daughter. Bad guy gives up, gets caught by good guy the good guy kills him. Good guy then breaks down like a mega pussy. The end.
korean movies defies simple logic. lol
Stoker. 8/10. Interesting concept, and strangely arousing. lol
Man of Steel - 9/10
This tbh
La Ultima Muerte (The Last Death) 7/10
Good movie for the first 50 or so minutes than it kinds of falls apart in the end. An ok thriller. Cant complaint too much.
