They should have him come in to just drink beers and party with the guys, while spitting out his catchphrases.
"Bring the Pain"
"They call me the Gladiator"
"Lets get it on MAN"
My favorite part was where he was eating cereal saying "bring the pain" and he was laughing to himself. I love that dude…a complete idiot…but good dude.

Gawd I hope so…man it’s a shame. They gave him so many chances to get it together.
I've heard he's greatly improved his striking, but still won't work on his ground game. He does seem like a willfull guy, but surely he can't be that dumb.
LOL that was my favorite. Man just thinking about the count being a coach already pisses me off. I hate that guy more than any britt ever!! Who are they considering for team USA coach?
Dont know if anyone caught this...
During a recent interview with Tatame.com, UFC middleweight Demian Maia announced that he will be taking on Nate "The Rock" Quarry at UFC 91 on November 15 in Las Vegas, Nevada. The undefeated Maia last fought at UFC 87 where he defeated Jason MacDonald via submission. Nate Quarry last fought at UFC 83 where he earned a unanimous decision victory over Kalib Starnes. Starnes was released after that fight due to the fact that he refused to engage with Quarry and basically ran around the cage the whole time. UFC 91 will be headlined by Randy Couture defending his UFC heavyweight le against Brock Lesnar.
NOGUEIRA BROTHERS OPEN TEAM NOGUEIRA DALLAS
Friday, September 19, 2008 - MMAWeekly.com Staff
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Both Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira and his brother have been very successful as trainers in the field of mixed martial arts and now the tandem is expanding into Texas with the opening of “Team Nogueira” Dallas, which will be located in the new Octagon MMA gym.
The Nogueira brothers are hopeful to train new mixed martial artists while continuing to teach and broaden their Brazilian Jiu-jitsu education to new students in the Dallas area.
“We are bringing the best mixed martial arts and Brazilian jiu-jitsu training that most people in Dallas have not experienced before,” said Nogueira. “We’ve developed training programs for men, women and children, as well as compe ive fighters.”
Lead trainer, Greg Seal, owner of Octagon MMA, who is a Brazilian Jiu-jitsu black belt and who has trained with the Nogueira team for the past six years is very positive about bringing the popular fighter’s style to the Dallas based gym.
“Learning jiu-jitsu changed my life for the better,” said Seal. “Jiu-jitsu has given me a level of fitness and sense of confidence that I don’t get from other sports or activities.”
The Nogueira brothers will be in Dallas to help introduce the school from Oct. 13 through the 18 while the grand opening takes place.

Damn...why couldn't they open one in North Ft Worth?
I'm sure membership there will be pricey...
It will be a fortune for sure.
I checked on a BJJ dojo in Keller (BB under Machado)...
www.RKJJ.com
For unlimited Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Muay Thai Kickboxing, it is $180/month. They offer 8 Jiu-Jitsu classes and 3 Thai classes each week. For Jiu-Jitsu alone, it is $120/month and Thai alone is $100/month.
I'm sure the Nog-related gym would be higher...
Oh Mirko I miss you so
Signed, your number 1 fan
Mirko on Alistair....
"So I will say this: If he really degrades me as much as he says he will, I will go to Amsterdam to their Dam Square. I will throw myself in a barrel full of tar and pour some feather onto myself. Then I will run around on Dam Square until the police arrest me. I assume forced hospitalization will be next, and then I will wait for them to deport me back to Zagreb, Croatia." - Filipovic, describing a performance that would rival his UFC career
This was one of the worst moments in my sports life...I would say top 10..with the other 9 being Dallas Cowboy moments.![]()

Such a crazy story.....
well....5ozpain just ruined their website
http://fiveouncesofpain.com/
Blogs are successful because they cater to the lazy person. All the information is right there in front of you with no effort.
I'm glad that I already dislike the site.
1) Nick Diaz-Eddie Alvarez has been rumored for the vacant le
2) Dan Henderson and Michael Bisping have been rumored to be the leading candidates for the the coaches for TUF season 9
Makes perfect sense for TUF...I guess Dan signed a contract extension. Glad to hear that.
If Hendo can't beat Bisping....
Evan did i call that or did i call that ?? Damn a whole season with Bisping as a coach, what a nightmare![]()
That's it he has to bring Ross in now as an assistant coach
"Hey guys lets have some beers, bring the pain and watch Gladiator"
I love that guy
Sorry no source...someone posted it on a forum with no linkAfter being scrapped from UFC 89 because of Thiago Silva’s back injury, Lyoto Machda keeps training in Brazil, but less than before. With his back to the octagon still undefined, Machida waits for the UFC to set his next bout. “I continue training, I can’t be caught unprepared for a fight, but I’m training less now, doing only some physical training, Jiu-Jitsu and Karatê… They didn’t say anything, but told me that this fight (with Thiago Silva) still can happen”, said the fighter, who would need to wait for his recovery to come back to the octagon.
But if it depended on his decision, he’d come back tomorrow with another opponent. “I’m waiting for any situation, or face him, if he gets better, or having another opponent. I would like to face Rashad Evans, and the winner gets a le shot, but now it seems like they will put him against Forrest Griffin… I’d like to face him and the winner gets Griffin, it’s a good way”, suggests Machida, who waits for a top opponent for his next fight.
“I don’t know how it’s gonna be, I’m ready to fight, but don’t wanna fight anyone, because I’m building my way in UFC and I wanna fight the top fighters so that they could give me a le shot after”, says. Between the option in the light-heavyweight Top 10 ranking is Maurício Shogun, getting better from a knee injury and waiting to fight in December, still without and opponent. If Machida could choose, another Brazilian fight could happen. “I never chose opponents, I leave it to UFC and my managers, what they want for me is good. If they think fight Shogun is better I’ll do it, I’m prepared to for everything”, guarantees Machida.
