If beer burned out fat and cholesterol, you would actually be thin.
Avocado's are actually good for heart attack prevention.

Not when eaten in excess, they aren't. Fat is still fat, even if its good fat. All fats, good or not should be eaten in moderation, and I hardly think there is anything moderate about those tacos, or their portions. It's still high in calories and when eaten in excess with white cheese and grilled onions over pan-fried (most likely fatty) meat, it's just not good.

Tacos have it all, from all the food groups.
- Meat and beans from the meat/protein group
- Cheese from the dairy group
- Onions from the vegetable group
- Avocado from the fruit group
- Corn tortillas from the grains/cereal group
- Oil from the fats group
It's got it all, a perfect well balanced meal.

avocado's are a "super fruit". They are full of good ... but only when eaten in moderation... too much and they're actually quite horrible for you
the taco loco from chacho's is about 1500 calories packed into a single flour tortilla. ive only taken one bite because i was scurred of what it would do... but damn it was good.
I miss avocados. They don't grow anywhere near where I live now and the ones in the grocery store taste horrible.
