I'm about to eat some kimchi noodles then its off to the gym. When preparing the noodles I use little to no flavoring. Because flavoring has more than half a day's supply of sodium, and makes you look fatter. Once I hit the gym, I like to start off with stomach crunches. I can do a thousand now.
