I'd give it a 1/29 chance.
Hmmm....maybe just to provide some spark off the bench?
I'd give it a 1/29 chance.
showcasing Bonner and Mason before they trade them?
Salmons is having a sub par year so far. The Spurs have enough below average performers thus far, they don't need another.
Or maybe they won't be playing at all...
How ironic would it be if the Spurs ended up shipping out their two big offseason acquisitions?
There is no more showcasing at this point. In fact, if they were to be traded, they would not be playing.
i wasnt serious.
If we get Salmon, Spurs fan dont get to dissapointed when you see straight up small ball!
C: Tim
PF: Jefferson, finley
SF: RJ
SG: GHill, Salmon
PG: TP
WOOT!!! Current Losing streak is on the works.
That's interesting. Those two make sense for about 4 teams
GSW (Magette, Biedrins, other long contracts), PHI (Iguolda, Dalembert, Brand - more long contracts), Indiana (Murphy & Dunleavy? maybe?), Boston (Ray Allen as an expiring, for "talent" to extend the Boston window? I don't believe it would work).
Anybody see other possibilities?
McDyess not starting could be a coaching choice. RJ not starting is way more puzzling.
Not ironic since both are the two biggest disapointments this season.

RT @MrMichaelLee: Source told me the #Wizards are close to a 3-team trade that will send Jamison to CLE and Gooden to a West. Conf tm #NBA
RT @MrMichaelLee: #Wizards are believed to be getting back Zydrunas Ilgauskas & a 1st round pick, according to the source. #NBA
Spurs getting Gooden?????
Seriously doubt it's the Spurs for Salmons.
Exactly. The time for showcasing has passed.
Maybe Pop finally has given up and instead of giving RJ a starting spot he'll have to earn it back. Do you know who's starting for those two? Blair and Manu?
RJ very well could be injured.
Joe Alexander: My understanding is Roger would like to go someplace where he could play more.
If the Spurs make a move involving Roger, they probably want to do something that lowers their luxury tax situation.Joe Alexander: The details are it's 50-50 the Spurs don't make a trade.
That's the same thing I said in December and January.
Bonner and Bogans.
What the is going on?
lol not again

With 24 hours and ticking until Thursday's NBA trade deadline, Spurs coach Gregg Popovich said he doesn't expect his team to swing a deal this season.
Speaking to the media before tonight's game against Indiana, Popovich -- who doubles as the team's president -- said the Spurs are likely to let the deadline pass without incident.
"We've talked to teams, teams have talked to us," Popovich said. "That goes on all year long. It just intensifies come trade deadline. That's what teams do. You're always trying to make yourself better.
"As we all know, though, very few things actually happen at the trade deadline, and I wouldn't expect anything to happen for us, either."
The Spurs have been shopping guard Roger Mason Jr., who earlier in this week expressed a willingness to be traded to a team that could offer more playing time, but so far haven't found a beneficial deal.
According to ESPN.com, a deal that would have sent Mason to Miami for a second-round pick fell through when a Heat trade exception required to make it work expired Monday.
