There's a sequel coming out. Unnecessary, but I still want to see it.
Monsters University - 6/10
Nowhere near as memorable as Monsters Inc. , but still a good family movie to take the kids to. Think of Pixar's version of Animal House.
The Purge (Gosh, I hate being forced to watch these movies) - 2/10
Flawed plot. Stupid characters that deserve to die. The acting was good by some to at least make it somewhat entertaining.
Flight - 7,5/10
I liked it, but the ending was predictable. Washington decides to man up, face the consequences of his addiction and become the better man. What a shocker.
But it had Nadine Velazquez in it. Naked. I might have to bump it up to 8,5/10 just because of this.
I don't usually care about nude scenes, but I might have to agree with this.

Narc - 7/10 - Good cop film
I think that's what the filmmakers were going for; people to go see it and whether they liked it or not, they can discuss the "wtf is that"iness.

It's definitely intended for a certain type of audience, so it isn't for everyone.
Channing Tatum cameo caught me completely off guard and had me rolling.
If you like Pineapple Express, Knocked up, Superbad, your going to LOVE this.

I keep going back and forth between a 7.5 and an 8. It’s entertaining and even if you think it’s not “scientifically” sound like the poster Te mentioned; at least it was a plausible explanation sort of the “Survival of the fittest” kind of thing. The fast undead/zombie was interesting from what I usually see but then again I am going by the last few seasons that I have been watching The Walking Dead , lol
Oh, and I have to add even if Brad Pitt is older he still looks yummy! :-D

John Russell, disdained by his "respectable" fellow stagecoach passengers because he was raised by Indians, becomes their only hope for survival when they are set upon by outlaws.
Based on an Elmore Leonard novel. Crackling, sharp script. A top notch movie that deserves to be ranked right up there with the other great 60's westerns IMO.

The ABC's of Death - 6/10
Some of the deaths were really disturbing and well thought out. Most were too stupid and cartoonish. A sequel is in the works with some great directors.
The Snowtown Murders - 8/10
Great account of the true story of Australia's most brutal serial killer. Slow, methodical pace makes the movie that much more nerve wrecking.
John Dies at the End - 6/10
I had no idea what to expect from this movie since I only heard good things but never anything on the actual story. Funny, out there movie with some well placed cheese. Pretty much for fans of Slither or Cabin in the Woods.

Just finished Blue Valentine. 9/10. Great acting all around, solid story and a nice break from the typical love story. I really need to catch Beyond the Pines now since it features the same director and Gosling.
World War Z - 5/10. Starts off strong but then slows down really bad and when that happens it gives the audience too much time to think.
De able Me 2 - 6/10. Fun movie. Wasn't as good as the first, but was enjoyable.
This Is The End - 8/10 (for a comedy). I loved this movie. I couldn't stop laughing. It is raunchy and a little over the top, but if your fans of some of the other movies these guys have made you will enjoy it. Will need multiple viewings to see if it's one of my fav comedies.

You Supers will like it i assume.
I am not a Superwatcher of past, so have nothing to compare it to nor do i know the story....
However i was told one could see this not knowing the story and it would be fine.
For me it drug on, way to much side schtick and overacting.
Fell into a good snooze and got comped tickets back after an hour.
Olympus has fallen. 8/10Solid action movie

Some of things that happened just left me scratching my head. Didn't make sense in a survivalist mode.
