I'm used to getting up at 4:45, so I guess 7 am IS sleeping in
I feel you. The wife had to go into work today and I just naturally woke up at 7 like any other day.

They are like chipper friggin chipmunks in the morning. ONe wants to nurse & the other wants her sippy cup.. then you gotta turn on the Noggin, then 1 or both need a new diaper.. and then.. and then.
there's no going back to sleep after that.
