I don't mind not giving him a red. Let them play. There have been too many reds in the tournament. Giving borderline reds just doesn't make for good games.

That might have been a red card even if he wasn't the last man...
Yeah - if he destroyed the mans legs.
That was not a big contact...........Oh stop about those refs GAME!!!!!!!!!!1

Torrado looks like his mother may be American. Anyone know if this is true? Anyway he is playing a good game for Mexico.

I'm enjoying this game...I'm pulling for Mexico all the way. It's always more fun to root for the underdog, no one is counting on Mexico to do squat, and it's about time Argentina got taken down a notch.

I wish the Mexican Soccer players wanted to come to America like most of the rest of Mexico...we could use these dudes on our team.

What's funny about the diving is all the theatrics when they barely get touched...Reminds me of when Duncan sprains his ankle. Tim Duncan would be a good Soccer player.

If Soccer had more tackles like that, Americans would be more interested

Diving is the reason Americans don't like soccer?

Theres one reason most Americans don't dig professional soccer and it is because we don't field a winner. Thats it. Its a catch 22.

Damn, Mexico looking good right now.

Even if we win it'll be about like Lance Armstrong and the Tour De France...it'll be popular while we win but won't have lasting popularity after the winning is over.

Soccer needs to be more violent and higher scoring for Americans to embrace it more IMO.

Either of these teams can beat Germany. One thing everyone should learn is that no matter how good a team is whichever squad comes out with more fire has the best chance to win.

The US played a much better German team very well in 02.

I know it may be sacralidge to many die hard soccer fans but they should try dropping the offsides. Higher scoring may help get more fans.
