Not shocking at all really. The Spurs are doing absolutely nothing to get him off. He's getting attacked on the other end but the Spurs continue to suck at putting him in a position to succeed. Miami is doing guard-arounds with ing Bosh for Christ's sake. Spurs can't do the same thing with Kawhi? Give the guy some momentum with the ball. Right now his first step isn't going to beat Miami's defense.
