Never said it was all his fault. Just thought that play defined the 4th quarter.

They weren't sucking for 3 quaters, wtf happaned. Anyone else think Pop should have called a time out when they started to slide before we were down double digits? Geez pop needs Duncan like a fish needs water There are no more moral victories, what are we 1 and 4 without duncan.
Yeah... how dare he. Of course he's the only person on the board that does that...![]()
I criticized Parker as well. BTW if you want Barry back on the Sonics I'll chip in on the airfare.
"They weren't sucking for 3 quaters,"
The Spurs sucked in the 3rd quarter, scoring 13, while allowing 21.
One decent half, but dangerously close at the half to a dismal lottery team.
This is a night where June looks ssssssooooooooooo ffffffffffaaaaaaaaaarrrrrrrrr aaawwwaaay!
Goddam, that was 24 minutes dog -ugly basketball.
Did Parker go to Boys Town or something after the half?
I cannot ing believe what I just saw from the Spurs.
Wow, I just logged in and can't believe we lost? How the did that happen? Seems like the Spurs are playing as if they've never played without Duncan before...I mean last season he missed 5 or 6 games and we managed a few wins then.
they forgot to come back on the court after halftime and they had some beer in the locker room while watching NY play on TV
Did anyone see Dream Job last night? They had a trial Fact or Fiction asking "Manu is more important to the Spurs than Wade is to the Heat." Stephen A. Smith said Fact because we have no one besides Duncan. I disagree b/c Wade has shown the ability to lead and win without Shaq. Manu has yet to take over when needed.
think the team might have been tired after yesterday?
Guess not.
sorry to offer a fact.

Spurs Piss Away March
Somebody please remember to flush.
Well, here's a thought. All those, including myself, who argued that NASH is an MVP candidate, especially after the fact that the Suns could not win a game without him, looking at the Spurs lately, a strong argument can now be made that Tim Duncan should be a seriously contender. Spurs best record in the league wasn't because of our great bench or the great play of Tony and Manu...it was because of Tim.
You seem to forget that when Spurs suck, they ALL suck, on offense AND defense. Tim would have have sucked tonight. At least he can totally disown any responsiblity for the huge pile of hot, stinking the Spurs left in MSG tonight.
well this team is made to allow TD to perform ...
that's what you do when you have such a talented player in your roster...
for Nash its a bit different IMO because he went to Phx and bang they win...
he's hurt and then they start losing again...
my point is that the spurs were made around duncan... Phx didn't build around Nash in the past few years...
say what you want to about pop's questionable subs ution patterns, but someone has to make a shot sometime. that was just a pitiful, absolutely sad shooting performance
Yeah, he sure ing disappeared in the Phoenix game, and sure was AWOl last year when Tim and Tony were riding the pine.Manu has yet to take over when needed.
Tonight proved what I have felt for a long time: Manu can carry the team, Parker can't.
The only concern is wether they will all be on the SAME PAGE come playoffs?
Well... where to start??
Tony as usual dissapeared in the 2nd half!!
Manu played like but he was injured so I'll give him a break.
Brent Barry is as useless as my ing appendix!!!!!!!!!
The Spurs are a lotto team (or at best 7th or 8th seed) w/out Tim.
Manu is still hurt and Devin now has a bad back!!!!
I'm wondering where all of the people who said we should rest Tim until the playoffs are? ing idiots!!!
WE ARE ED!!!!!

mmm i'm here !
he's hurt = he cant play
*end of discussion*
He'll be healthy with about 2 weeks left in the regular season. We need him for those 2 weeks... badly.
you have no clues about it...
just look at the interview of TP i translated earlier and check what his own teamate says... http://spurstalk.com/forums/showthread.php?t=12407
I had to step away and missed some of the game. Looks like the Spurs collapsed and couldn't shoot or defend.
Time to regroup.
Not to get too hippie on everyone, but I swear to God, I've noticed this pattern. When Timmy's on the court, there's this zen-like hive mentality that falls over the other guys. When he's not there, it just falls apart.
