    These refs don't seem to know the difference between a flagrant and a hard playoff foul. Najera's foul was a blatant flagrant. All the other fouls were just hard playoff fouls. Jefferson went after the ball on that hard swipe. He just happened to graze Dirk's face on the way down. It's not like he brought an elbow down on Dirk's neck . Blair went after the ball on Kidd. He didn't tackle him or anything. These refs act like players are supposed to foul these guys and then gently love tap them so they have an "And 1". Playoff ball has never worked like that.
