    Exactly. I think that since there are only 32 teams in the WC, EVERY ref should be from any other country not including those 32 teams. They need to have ZERO interests

    And there's no such thing as a "good referee." IMO, a "good" one would be a ref that no one knows about. Someone who doesn't steal the show. A Chinese, Russian, whatever...

    That would actually make a lot of sense. I'm sure the thinks Howard Webb is the best ref on earth.
