I agree that Barca is not unbeatable, but it's very hard to do. And this year's team is better than last year's. But one thing I will say about all of these huge clubs like Barca and Real, Inter and AC Milan...is that it's not too amazing when they win trophies. It's not something the players should be extremely proud about due to how ing stacked so few teams are. Obviously it isn't their fault, but I just think soccer is ridiculous sometimes when teams get THIS strong...like Madrid or Barca currently. I largely overlook Barca's situation because their current players as we all know were developed in their youth academy, and they've been able to keep them all around, except for Cesc Fabregas.

How much glory is their winning via spending more money than everyone? When you look at Madrid's entire team, not just starting 11 for any given game, it's an amazing squad, loaded with stars, ALREADY currently has many of the best attacking players in the world..and they want to add another striker? So Higuain is out for a few more months, fine, but Ronaldo, Di Maria, Ozil, Kaka, and Benzema as a temporary striker in the absence of Higuain is not enough???

I'm not particularly trying to attack Madrid, just using them as an example. Also, Chelsea struggles for a while and all of a sudden they want Torres? It's just laziness, greed, that make it kind of stupid. Winning La Liga if you're madrid or barca has become one of the easiest things to do in sports. Both clubs know the real tournament is really just beating the other team in the few head-to-heads per year.

Chicharito has already made more of a difference in Europe than any Mexican abroad ever not named Sanchez or Marquez, so he's not overrated. And the English media pressures players 1000x times more than Mexican media, and he's been doing just fine.

Pandiani: Ronaldo has 'screw loose'

Osasuna striker Walter Pandiani has claimed Cristiano Ronaldo "has a screw loose" in the wake of their verbal spat in Real Madrid's shock loss on Sunday.

Pandiani was reportedly left furious after Madrid star Ronaldo sarcastically asked the Uruguayan striker during the match how much he earned, a taunt which Pandiani allegedly responded to by instead naming the trophies he has won in Spain.

Pandiani had the last laugh as his side's victory on the night left Real's le hopes clinging by a thread but while he refused to recount what was said on the pitch, he has this week decided to put Ronaldo in his place.

"You have to be more humble," Pandiani told reporters. "When he wins the Super Cups, the King's Cups that I have in Spain, then maybe I will listen to him."

Pandiani said Ronaldo should act more like Barcelona star Lionel Messi - "the best in the world" - if he wants the respect of fellow professionals, while also suggesting the former Manchester United star's match-winning ability comes with the side-effect of over-confidence.

"As a footballer he is a phenomenon but to do the things he does, maybe he has a screw loose. With his gestures and his y way of acting, he is the one who creates all the problems every weekend."

Meanwhile, Real set up a Copa del Rey clasico final against Barcelona on Wednesday by beating Sevilla 2-0 at the Bernabeu to secure a 3-0 aggregate victory. Real coach Jose Mourinho said he was looking forward to a worthy decider, which will give his side the chance to avenge the stunning 5-0 thrashing handed out by the champions in the league this season.

"It is great to see two rivals meet in the final," Mourinho told Marca. "We had our difficulties, and this has hurt us throughout January. We paid the price, but have receovered enough to progress to the final. It has all been worth it because we are now in the Copa final.

"April 20 is a little strange for the final. We will now focus on the Copa later in the season. It was important for us not to lose control of this evening's match, and the goals gave us peace of mind. We have had a good compe ion, which tested us with a Madrid derby."

Where do you guys all think Ronaldo is going to transfer to next? I would be extremely surprised if he doesn't leave Real in the next 3 years as he will be tired of being in the same liga as Messi. Watching that Barca game points out how amazing they are. They weren't spectalular from an individual POV relative to their standards(except maybe Abidal who was excellent filling in in central D), yet won 3-0, and were quite clearly the better side for every bit of the match except for about 5 minutes at the start of second half, and Barca were cruising at 2-0 then.
