yeah our players look tired, even after our run they weren't playing sound Defense, horry's block not withstanding, letting Ray Allen decide where he wants to go, etc. 60% from the floor in the 1st quarter?
Good news from the 1st half:
1. Despite Duncan not scoring, we are up 5.
2. We are making our free throws.
3. Seattle is hot, but they will cool down.
4. Their big men look like they will be having foul trouble.

Tim Duncan is going to hit field goals in the second half. The Spurs stole their momentum. Here's a worthless prediction: Spurs will storm out of halftime, and the lead will not change again.
I wish Antonio Daniels played like this in the 2002 playoffs....

This second half is all about controlling the tempo make them play a slow game and defend, Duncan will have a better 2nd half if the the spurs just defend and rebound we are going to the west finals.

I am a believer. rasho better get comfortable in the bench because Nazr will be a force, now and in the future.
All I want to see in the 2nd half is some, tough, hard-nose defense. No more free shots, no more free lay-ups.

Problem is they owe Rasho over 32 mil in the next 4 years he is not going to get traded, who the would want him with that contract. i agree Nazr is the starter next year but Spurs may need to extend Nazr only one year at 5 mil left on his deal, Rasho may become the leagues most expensive backup center, man he sucks.

in that last play with 13 seconds, bowen did a great job on ray, I was surprised he didn't hit a 3.

I think Nazr should start next year. Rasho and Barry should be traded.
Last time I checked, Nazr is this years (playoff) starter!!!!
Nazr will only get better w/ time. A whole summer and camp to get the system down. He will be even more of a beast then he is now.
