The last 3 games I watched the Spurs play there was in a suite. There is a short 2 foot plexiglass wall, it's there to not prevent a fall, moreso to keep the drinks from falling down on the crowd below. But it's easy to see and should be enough of a deterrent to make a parent think twice about taking a kid in that area. My friend has a 2 year old kid who sat right next to the glass, but he was ALWAYS with someone, so tragedies like this couldn't occur.
