If I was moderating and getting tons of complaints, and seeing 4 pages of the same general statement being made in a new thread every minute of the day, I would probably not think it was worth the effort.

It seems like such a clique driven system that it becomes impossible for unique (first time) visitors to see a reason to hang around. I'm a glutton for punishment, so I actually like it.

I think a lot of posters forget why they first came here, so they jump on new arrivals for coming here for the same reasons: to about refs, about press, about players, or to brag about their team over yours. Someone shows up doing that and they are instantly driven away.
