Yeah, Neal shouldn't be relied on to play PG. He can create his own shot, but can't run the team. Needs to throw Joseph in at the deep end.

At this point in his career? Tim is very predictable... You can never be too old to learn. He does that same driving through the lane that gets blocked 80% of the time. His jump shot is great, but in the post, at this point, he's pretty predictable.
