    The deal is that Mills is a shooting guard like Neal. He can't handle the ball any better than Neal. DeColo looks like he can be a great passer and potential pg, BUT, ilke Diaw, he rarely shoots. When Pop puts guards out there he wants them shooting. I think that is his problem with DeColo.
