Ur right. I wasn't aware of the duration of de colo's and mill's contracts, but this is true. Let them settle this in training camp and if it comes to it and their isn't a trade just waive one of 'em

They always do that though. I would've been fine of they would've just set him in Austin the whole year last year. Don't get some of the they do. Now we have Thomas that can fill a need and watch they go another route with some prospect to stash. I would've to get some Americans more action its not like there out there playing futbol where its a natural born foreign sport. I'm still waiting for Richards to break out hope it's next game.
The guy looked impressive. Keep it up young blood.
Lol for the most part. But In my haste I still press reply instead of with quote at times and half to back track and copy and paste the quote
Didn't get the chance to watch the game but don't get your hopes up guys, THIS THE BOBCATS SUMMER LEAGUE TEAM!
gonna need to see the highlight video of the game tbh...
i loved him on offense. he didn't stand out very much on the other end. except for a bumbled rebound or two...
baynes was pissing me off a bit. somebody needs to introduce baynes to a little known phrase... "same team!"
Bad actual teams tend to have really talented summer-league teams because they have high draft picks. For example, the Bobcats had three top-10 picks on their roster, while the Spurs only had one first-rounder at all.
How did those Bobcats picks look out there, other than MKG's shot still having a hitch in it?
Taylor was their best player, and he was 31st overall last year.
MKG looks like how people thought Leonard would look. His form on his jump shot makes Manute Bol look like Reggie Miller. I thought he looked all right -- he made some hustle plays; he was just sort of invisible most of the time.
Bismack was pretty good on defense, but he's still a project on offense. He's been watch too many Ibaka tapes, because he kept hanging around to try to take jumpers. With Zeller on board, he should be the one in the post.
Speaking of whom, Zeller looked all right as well. He didn't really make his mark, and his shot was worse than I expected. I can't really pass judgement until see him in more games.
Thanks, I appreciate it.
I still wish we could somehow see what the Spurs player development folks could do with MKG's shot. It seems like such a waste that these players with all this potential end up on crappy teams with terrible coaching and never end up doing anything.
It needs to be completely rebuilt.. that thing looked awful.
Well, if anyone could do it, it would be us.
This is true... I think he lacks confidence, doesn't help playing on the Bobcats though.. I bet they shake there head when he shoots
This guy is why they won't really miss Gerald Henderson next season. Bobcats fans love him.
I do, too. I think he'll be a fine role-player if he can get away from Charlotte in time. Otherwise, he'll get too big of a head from being the second-best player on the team.
Just watched the Post Game vids.. Thomas sounds like he wants to say the right thing.. seems nervous when he talks though.
I just watched the highlights. I still think MKG is not worth last year's 2nd overall draft. Taylor may have a good career. As for team, the only bright spot I saw was CJ but the highlights commentator stated that the Spurs may have gotten another gem in the draft.
BTW, what's his position? If he's an SF, that would be great 'cause obviously, the team needs a back-up SF.
Lol, I heard De Colo yelling it at him during the game
Mark Price is somebody I would trust for the job, which is who they have
Thats rich. Captain Turnover yelling at someone else. Perhaps Baynes could haveimpressed, if we had actually posted him up more than 2 or 3 times.
Not sure how a Deshaun Thomas thread evolved into a Baynes hate fest.
I know it is early...but I liked what I saw of Deshaun's assertiveness last night. He doesn't seem to be lacking for confidence and he can get his own shot. I know it is against summer-league caliber players but he looks to be someone the Spurs can use once they get him established in the system. Would not be surprised one bit if this turns into another steal late in the draft for them.
I agree i thought baynes looked good on defense and his rebounding. unfortunately neither guard got him the ball on offense.
and de colo should be the last person to yell at someone else.
