Jazz have been vowing to match any offer Hayward gets. But could well cost 'em more now than it would have had they extended GH in October
Come on Ducks...Say something funny like you used to...
The Suns have their heart set on this guy, so they're gonna have to prove it.
Gordon Hayward is one of the most overrated players in the league, tbh..this would be an unfortunate signing..
Jodie Meeks's big contract is now a little less ridiculous after seeing Ben Gordon getting 4.5 per year..

@ESPNSteinLine Boston/Phoenix/Cleveland are known suitors for Hayward. Little doubt he would've turned down 4/$48M from Jazz unless sure he could get more

Told Carmelo Anthony meeting with Rockets is still ongoing.

Free agent CJ Miles has agreed to 4-year, $18M deal with Pacers, league source tells Yahoo. @CandaceDBuckner 1st reported an agreement.
Makes you wonder how much money Monroe, Bledsoe and Hayward will get.
in this offseason of overspending and inflated salaries, its almost a good thing the spurs aren't active
Danny Green getting paid less than CJ Miles and Ben Gordon
people complained about keeping Green at the time
5 years/$45M should pry him away from Bird. Do it Mitch.
i actually like Lance... but he'd be a trainwreck in an environment like the Lakers
how did larry bird's ugly ass win executive of the year???
this dummy has been ing up for a while now. he gave paul george a monster contract way too early, over payed hibbert and doesn't like young talent(gave us kawhi, bertans and is about to let lance dip in free agency)
lance's problem is maturity. he is still young and that is something that can be fixed with the right organization around him. he's a of a compe or and doesn't back down from no one(kinda reminds me of me on the court). he doesn't have a history of off the court problems and can flat out ball. giving up on him now is going to bite the pacers in the ass.
poor leadership, and too much freedom. he needs to be reigned in. on the lakers he'd have a bigger role than he can probably handle
Kobe rehabbed & led Artest & Odom to the tune of 3 NBA les. He tried the same thing with Howard, but, Howard wasn't having any of it.
odom wasn't rehabbed to anything... he looked better when his role was reduced after the Pau acquisition due to collusion with West
and Artest joined the reigning champs
Agree w/ Bird, but with regards to Lance? Can't be serious. Someone as dumb as Lance can't be fixed. Off the court issues or not, his on the court antics border on stupid to downright hurtful to the team. He's incredibly overrated in terms of actual impact which is a huge reason INDY melted down throughout the year and struggled so mightily in the playoffs. He's a guy that has a decent skill set, but is overrated in almost every aspect of the game. Not to mention he is clearly mentally weak.
What you describe sounds a lot like the JR Smith's of the world that people just claim is "immaturity" and fawn over his "skillset". There was a time some of that was true, but I've grown up and realized the truth on those guys. You don't pay big contracts to guys like that until they prove something/that they can change mentally.
All of this. Kobe never gets credit for jack around these parts.![]()
