Tbh, if you're an international prospect looking to go the NBA, being drafted by the Spurs is the equivalent of getting a full scholarship to study at Harvard.

In fact, it's even a lot better, since the NBA is far more selective than even the most exclusive universities on the planet.

With this guy the Spurs have the flexibility to bring him over if they deal Splitter or tell him to stay over there if they don't.

Priorities are Kawhi, LMA and Green, probably in that order... I think the reasoning is that if LMA comes over, TD gets less of a burden offensively, and he can get the bulk of center minutes with him...
Good call. I'm not even against the pick, I just enjoy the ensuing storm.

Eurohopes, european basketball prospect site, is pretty complementary:

    http://www.eurohopes.com/player/1640/nikola-milutinov-/

"Milutinov stands at about 2.13 cm (7-0) and has huge wingspan (around 7-3 but there was no official measurement). Although he lacks explosiveness his footwork is incredible and has great mobility. "

"He has great defensive potential and also he has great defensive fundamentals. Already he is one of the best defensive centers in Europe. His defensive presence is enormous due to his length, footwork and mobility around the basket. "

" Although he is still skinny he can establish a good low post position due to great footwork and basketball IQ. His back to the basket game is a lot better then 2 years ago. He throws great passes when he is doubled on post ups. Has very good court vision. He is crafty around the basket (can finish with both hands, either hook shots, dunks or lay-ups). "

Obviously, he is raw, but the FO may have something again.
