The AP has a story about a Trump voter that lost her property due to foreclosure by Mnuchin. As I predicted yesterday.
Those foreclosures screwed a lot of people including many Trump voters.
Perhaps they will learn not to vote against their own interests.
Will this be the first of many such stories? I can hope.
How might one get a list of people foreclosed by OneWest, reportedly thousands, to find more examples of this buyers remorse?

How many 10Ks of homeowners taht were foreclosed on FRAUDULENTLY by Mnuchin and Ross voted for Trash?
By 2020, there will 10Ms of Trash voters with buyer's remorse as Trash/Repugs screw them badly.
Above is just about predatory lenders, foreclosures.
Then add in the 10Ms who will be screwed by privatizing Medicare and SS, destroying ACA, and converting Medicaid to block grants, aka, Repug political slush funds.

Well, then, Carson is a good choice. I don't think people are gonna question his integrity (that he's gonna turn inner cities into luxury buildings for Trump) and he's black so maybe that blunts the discrimination angle. As I said earlier, it's a head-scratcher.
BD as head HUD is a Trash/Repug tactic to up HUD and knitters.
And Trash has lots of property, and probably wants more, in inner cities, to turned into luxury buildings. Trash was sued successfully for housing discrimination, biggest settlement EVER of such suits.

Ben Carson’s Opposition To Obama’s Desegregation Plan Is Incoherent
Carson opposes President Barack Obama’s new rules intended to strengthen enforcement of the 1968 Fair Housing Act and reduce the number of people that live in segregated communities.
“In an opinion article in 2015 for The Washington Times, Mr. Carson compared an Obama administration housing regulation to ‘the failure of school busing’ because it would place affordable housing ‘primarily in wealthier neighborhoods with few current minority residents.'”

As Carson himself acknowledged, only combating explicit discrimination doesn’t fully resolve the problem of segregation. With rich data that captures the “disparate impact” of past policies, whether or not there was racist intent, localities can craft better desegregation policies.
But Carson refuses to connect his own dots. Instead he concludes by saying,
“There are reasonable ways to use housing policy to enhance the opportunities available to lower-income citizens” … then fails to say what those other policies would be.
Now he has a chance to show us what ideas he had in mind, if he has anything in mind at all.

BEN CARSON WARNS THAT BIBLE MAKES NO MENTION OF HOUSING OR URBAN DEVELOPMENT
WASHINGTON — In his first public statement since Donald Trump chose him to be the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, Ben Carson said on Monday that the Bible “makes absolutely no mention of housing or urban development.”
Carson said that, when Trump initially asked him to accept the post, “the first thing I did was check the Bible to see if there was anything about housing or urban development in there, and much to my dismay there was not.”
“As you can well imagine, I did not want to be in charge of something that the Bible does not condone,” he said. “But then I realized that
perhaps the Lord wants me to take this job so that I can banish housing and urban development from the earth.”
Carson offered no details about how he would eliminate housing, but said that
he was seeking advice from Trump’s pick for Secretary of Education, Betsy DeVos. “She’s basically trying to do the same thing with education,”
he said.
The retired neurosurgeon said that he was looking forward to taking the reins at hud but that
he had “a lot of loose ends to tie up” before then.
“Right now, I need to find my shoes,”
he said.

DeVos at Education is meant to screw up Education and speed up the transfer of taxpayer $Bs to for-profit charter schools, destroying public schools. Remember the dept of Education was a Carter creation so it must be destroyed.
Carson at HUD is meant screwup HUD and over urban non-whites. Hud was a Johnson creation so it must be destroyed.
It all fits into the VRWC strategy of destroying govt because "govt is the problem", and govt must be denied any chance to provide For The People.
Screw up govt at all levels and privatize everything for-profit, distributing taxpayer wealth to capitalists.

These are heady times for free-market education reformers. Republicans control Congress, GOP governors will lead 33 states, the vice-president elect is a champion of private school vouchers, and a conservative Supreme Court might soon have the power to thwart teacher union power irreparably. Best of all for the school choice crowd, billionaire GOP donor Betsy DeVos, a leading advocate of education reform, has been nominated to head up the Education Department.
“Be big, be bold, or go home,” urged Bush in a welcome speech that exuded the confidence and eagerness of his audience. A recurring conference theme and mantra was “choice.” But choice for these reformers revealed itself to be an ever-moving target. Some speakers said things like: “We’re not about school choice, we’re about education choice.” Others insisted that “instructional choice is the new school choice.”
This was all connected to another conference theme, the notion of schooling in a "post-facility" world.
Indeed a major goal for conservative education reformers is to push so-called education savings accounts (ESAs), voucher-like subsidies that can fund not just private school tuition, but also things like tutoring and home schooling.
In theory, additional money to pay for educational expenses sounds like a great way to level the playing field between well-off and low-income students. Children from wealthy families take advantage of all sorts of costly educational opportunities outside of school, such as summer enrichment programs, sports teams, and private tutoring.
But at least as they’re currently conceived, education savings accounts are more about redirecting existing per-pupil funds away from public schools, not so much about supplementing public school students with additional money.
In that sense, ESAs differ from cash supplements like child allowances, which are social security payments distributed to parents to help shoulder the cost of child-rearing
multiple research studies that conclude virtual charter schools produce far worse academic outcomes for kids than traditional public schools.
the bottom line as DeVos takes the helm of federal education in the Trump era will be dollars
—how they get spent, and whether charters, private schools, home schooling, and virtual education come at the expense of families in traditional public schools.
DeVos has yet to be confirmed, of course. But the newly emboldened conservative education movement has signaled that, for better or worse, big changes are ahead for public schools.

Lt. Gen. Flynn's son re-promotes 'pizzagate' hoax hours after gunman acts on those claims
Michael Flynn, Jr. is also his father's chief of staff and is on Donald Trump's transition team.

In the hours after a gunman was arrested inside a D.C. restaurant after he entered and fired shots in an attempt to "self-investigate" the Trump-promoting hoax news story that the pizzeria was a front for "child trafficking" efforts by Hillary Clinton and her allies, Michael Flynn, Jr. was back on social media defending and promoting the hoax again.
On Sunday, Flynn’s son, Michael Flynn Jr., tweeted,
“Until #Pizzagate proven to be false, it'll remain a story. The left seems to forget #PodestaEmails and the many ‘coincidences’ tied to it.”
The younger Flynn, who has served as his father’s adviser, linked to the account of Jack Posobiec, whose Twitter account describes him as the special projects director of a group called Citizens4Trump.
Posobiec said [the gunman's] actions were a “false flag,” and claimed he was an actor carrying out an elaborate conspiracy to discredit sites that spread the fabricated #PizzaGate accusations.

‘I’m Watching a Clown Show!’: Ex-CIA Official Goes on a Tear Against Flynn
Former CIA official and current CNN counterterrorism analyst Philip Mudd got pretty heated tonight talking about Lt. Gen. Michael Flynnbeing chosen by Donald Trump as national security advisor.
He recalled the people who have served in that capacity in previous administrations and then went after Flynn for the “lock her up” campaign rhetoric and his past comments about Muslims.
Mudd finally brought up Flynn’s son tweeting about a conspiracy theory before saying this:
“I’m watching a clown show! I’ve had it with this,
Wolf! I want to see a transition from a campaign to reality,
and I don’t see it yet.”
