Totally expected. Spurs still control their destiny
This.
Was not a bunny.
Obvious foul. And def hard enough to throw his shot off and not be overlooked as *end of game* bull .
Totally expected. Spurs still control their destiny
They don't. If LAL and SA win out and NOP only loses to LAL, the Spurs miss the play-in
Yeah growth from these guys, these are the games Primo is not ready for yet. This MEM team without JA is 18-2 still one of the top teams in the league and we are a layup short of a win. JRich is a spur.
. Pelican loss and a spurs win would have been sweet
In that situation not surprised they didnt callm the foul to decide the game.
For once spurs played better in the 4th. Did well to get back into a position of winning the game. Couldnt have asked for a better play call and easy shot to win the game than that one.
Put it down to experience. Keldon wont miss that kind of layp up situation ever again.
Beautiful play though. Great misdirection.
I'd say we want a Pelicans win tonight. I think LAL crashes out of the play-in regardless. If we can finish worse than NO then that's better.
Yeah Flakers are not going to win another game they going fishing early
It was Becky Hammon who drew up the play at the end. Memphis broadcast zoomed into the Spurs huddle as it was breaking and Hammon was the one crouching with the clipboard while pop stood next to her
Ja didn’t even play? . This team sucks out loud. Just lose already and get back to the tank.
They're playing better without him than they did with him.

The moment we had a chance to win, I said to myself, "This is definitely going to end tragically."
The Lakers understand what they need to do. LOSE. The Spurs need to get a clue and just shut things down even more. Don’t even mess around.
great play call.
keldon missed a bunny with a game on the line earlier this season, right? both were on the same side of the court and side of the rim.
lakers dont have a draft pick broski. They are losing because other then ad/bron they aint got
their bench is the best in the nba
It’s a great showcase for JRich. Only benefits the Spurs moving forward. No one expects him to be a Spur next year and he’s the perfect piece to include with a draft pick.
Only problem is that he’s a great fit here and would be a difference maker if this team can figure out how to acquire that one impactful player they need to take a leap.
I expect him to be here next year. Why would Pop be playing him so much and closing out games with him otherwise? And, no, the answer's not "To showcase him." That's not a thing.
In the We'll Never Know dept had she been given the keys 2019 2020 2021 2022.
It was such an obvious better end of game play then the usual guy.
damn Keldon that layup was not easy but damn ... considering we nearly came up with a win against a team that was 18-2 without Ja Morant is pretty impressive ... which we could switch Trey for Tyus ...
Really wanted the Spurs to use the coach’s challenge on the Dejounte offensive foul in the 1st quarter. I don’t like the tendency to “save” the challenge for later in the game, especially if 3 points are at stake. But good game nonetheless.
Richardson has been giving us quality minutes on defense and offense since coming here. He's clearly better than some of our younger players. If we get a good front court player in the draft, I think we should keep him for next year and if we have to let someone go there are other options.
